Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your BuddyWorkflow data yourself at any time, disconnect any single platform, or ask us to do it for you. Here is exactly how each option works and how long it takes.

1. Disconnect a single platform

To remove data from one connected platform without closing your account, sign in and open Settings, then Connections. Find the platform, for example Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, your bank through Plaid, Stripe, or a calendar, and choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting revokes our access token with that platform immediately and deletes the data we pulled from it, including stored metrics and tokens. Bank connections are also revoked at Plaid at the same moment.

2. Delete your whole account

Sign in and open Settings, then Security, then Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion revokes every connected platform token, cancels any active subscription, and removes your workspace data.

3. Ask us to delete it for you

Email privacy@buddyworkflow.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us whether you want a single platform disconnected or the whole account deleted. We verify ownership of the address, action the request within 30 days, and email you a confirmation when it is done. There is no charge.

4. What gets deleted and when

5. Platform specific notes

Meta: you can also remove BuddyWorkflow from Facebook Settings, Apps and Websites. Meta notifies us and we delete the associated data.
Google Ads: you can revoke access at myaccount.google.com under Third party apps with account access.
Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo: revoking the app in that platform's settings also stops all further data flow, and we delete the stored copy.
Stripe: your Stripe account and its records belong to you and remain with Stripe after you disconnect.
